Normally people say: we do not know the future. But a talented visionary person like me will grasp first the truth underlying facts by using his special strategic intuition and only then he will look ahead to the future in that fashion, which I show in many cases hereunder. Thus only this good process gives the future in the form of possibilities and also brings out limits to growth, with practical solutions to avoid them. Then a visionary leader is and should be always the most wanted top leader in business and politics. Wellknown visionaries have been in history Julius Caesar, in American politics John F. Kennedy, in CEO of Apple late Steve Jobs and now me. MY PRESENT KNOWLEDGE, The Revelation of The Truths, Anno Domini 2010 by Nietzsche and me the first Uebermensch. French writer Voltaire saw that most difficult and then a best book is one only page long. I planned to write a new book "The Revelation of the Truths". And with this following one page will form it now. Nietzsche's Uebermensch, Zarahustra opening speech, besides proposing the Uebermensch as the ideal for humanity also places emphasis on this world as opposed to any future world. “Let your will say: the Ubermensch shall be the meaning of the earth! I beseech you, my brothers, remain faithful to the earth, and do not believe those, who speak to you of otherworldly hopes!” In particular, Zarahustra urges that human beings reassess the value of their own bodies, indeed their empodiment. For too long , dreaming of the afterlife, Western humanity has treated the body as a source of sin and error. Zarahustra, in contrast, insist that the body is the ground of all meaning and knowledge, and that health and strength should be recognized and sought as virtues. Nietzsche about Church, In contrast, Nietzsche has little good to say about the institution, the scaffolding that developed around Jesus. Those, who constructed the Church, beginning with Paul, fomented lies about Jesus and his aims. They attached their own interpretation to his death, one steeped ressentiment, and they interpreted the "kingdom” not as an inner state, but as a promised future life. Recapitulating and future explicating his previous complaints against Christianity, Nietzsche concludes that it is thoroughly harmfull. “I call Christianity the one great curse, the one great innermost corruption, the one great instinct of revenge, for which no means is poisonous, stealthy, subterranean, small enough – I call it one immortal blemish of mankind. About values, which Nietzsche promised to re-evaluate, now they are hereunder by me the "Uebermensch" and Harvard University's emeritus leadership professor Abraham Zaleznik. Evil and Good values by Uebermensch, My seen Evil values are: Greediness, Materialism, Publicity/Celebrity My found Good values are: Morality, Humanity, Substance , which are rare in our present lives. When Uebermensch is Good and has Good values is his humanity as much higher of modern man as modern man’s humanity is higher of ape. On the ape level are all those I listed in the beginning and I use them common name of bureaucrats. Nietzsche on democracy, "We who hold a different belief – we who consider the democratic movement not merely a decadent form of political organization, but a decadent (that is to say, diminished) form of human being, one that mediocritizes him and debases his value: what can we set our hopes on? Under the creed of universal rights, democracy breeds homogeneity and precludes differentiation, thus leading man back to a pre-social or herd animal condition, and threatening the preservation of human life".  Totuuden Ilmestyminen, vuosi 2010 Nietzsche ja Yli-ihminen Ranskalainen kirjailija Voltaire näki, että paras ja vaikein kirja on yhden sivun mittainen. Minä kaavailin uutta kirjaa ”Totuuden Ilmestyminen”. Ja tämä sivu on sitten se. That success tells you that I have had a very good base to be a rare visionary type of an innovative person, which comes out in my heavily international career, where my strong and deep seeing visionary capacity brought out good ideas both in tough international consulting engineering projects in few oil developing countries like Nigeria, Libya and Saudi-Arabia and still in international manufacturing company in its American competitor acquisition in New York and later creating a North American focused strategy based on my system thinking innovation via strategic intuition, which I call "Big Picture" vision tool. Thinking these good ideas I can point here in this page on its heading from the Oxford Advanced Dictionary that my intuition based vision has brought out truths and are then built in my learning products and ideas. Then if your company is planning an American acquisition and/or to solve your strategy problem there maybe it would be good to call to contact me. The paying of too much in an American acquisition and having problems in that market due to wrongly thought out strategy is a fact with even in such big Finnish companies eg. in M&A area a major pulp and paper company StoraEnso, which acquired an American company called Consolidated Papers and ended up paying a whopping 70% over its stock price resulting then very big losses of 2,5 billion euros. In strategy front I learned that earlier very successful company like Nokia had continued problems in America. I contacted its American manager being a Finn and told him of my "Big Picture" innovation. But after he received my key A4 picture he reported back that my idea would not help Nokia. Now I know that if person do not understand an idea, then he keeps the sender's idea and him to be stupid, while he is naturally stupid himself. This was some 5 years ago and now Nokia has its biggest challenge in America coming from Apple's very successful iPhone4. Then I think that it could be right time to arrange same kind of meeting in Nokia, which I organized in Burlington, Ontario for Tamrock fusion with Eimco. There in old car factory were present 25 North American sales managers and me with my tool resulting a brain show and all problems were solved. These examples show that my strategic ideas could have helped or could still now help few important Finnish companies. In America I learned that companies had there "not invented here" syndroma for just saying NO, even if they would need my work and ideas. But I think that now it is time to take off these managers NO answers and replace them with YES, like a movie by comedy star Jim Carrey is just saying. I can still show another example. When Daimler Benz was earlier buying Chrysler I wrote to Daimler's female HRM Director about my American training in form of a very good MBA and with still about my strong New York M&A work and following target merger and American strategy work and this nice female director wrote me back to me that there was naturally a good interest in Daimler to hiring me. But after one week some male Daimler manager writing in German told me that they did not need my services. But their result with merging Chrysler then did not work right and they lost according to an American book about big business blunders 650 million dollars. Still one blunder is the fact that in 2004 I drew from my deep strategic intuition a powerful vision to mobile phones and their networks. I sent my vision ie. with truths for this business to then Nokia CEO Jorma Ollila. But he seemingly did not understand it ie. he also kept me stupid, while he was himself stupid. Now when Nokia value has been dived over 70 % it is maybe time to show, why Nokia is led by such managers, who do not value visionary truths, like in North American Apple Inc.. When like me a visionary Steve Jobs came to lead Apple, Inc. His leadership made it a most successful company. I show hereunder briefly my vision for mobile phones' business in 2004 or already 7 years ago. Open “YEAR 2004 VISION FOR MOBILE PHONES AND THEIR NETWORKS" 1. Philosophy There is a growing postmodern sense that the key resource of business is not capital, personnel, or plant, but information & knowledge, where ideas are key. This means that he or she, who has a right idea, should be able to achieve financing, personnel and production. In this sense this business plan is a postmodern paper. 2. Summary I registered my firm Substance, Ind. In 1993 to operate in the area or true leadership and right strategic thinking, but had only few small customers. This was funny as my products were based to best ideas of top Harvard's professors with my making their ideas even deeper with my good experience and strategic intuition. Then in 2002 I joined LUT’s doctoral program and in October 2002 I made a definition of vision, which closed my idea, that leadership and strategic thinking will merge in this changing environment and will be put together by vision. After this definition I reorganized my firm to have such products, which are results of my vision or simply the truth of a issue at hand. The first major vision product is shown in this paper as a business idea even if it is only single product, where I tried to change my good ideas and knowledge of major international projects into management fees. In this way I plan to get financing for my now reorganized firm. This I see is moving into a new type of IT Content industry of knowledge and wisdom to solve big problems worldwide. 3. Business Idea Like I explained earlier this business idea was my first business vision project, and it deals with mobile phones and their networks. Vision means power of seeing, or imagining, looking ahead, grasping the truth underlying facts. To be effective one has to first grasp the truth and only then to look ahead. Only in this way vision has a solid anchor in reality and no WAP, UMTS and GPRS type blunder like in our Sonera operator in German auction experienced, will follow. Truth: I see that mobile phones’ demand structure is divided into two parts, namely organic and artificial. Then GSM (voice) is organic and DATA phones artificial like WAP was a flop, GPRS no GSM and UMTS maybe no better. The next organic phone would be vision phone (for seeing each other). Words in normal phone give just 5% of meaning. Then seeing the caller, will explode the present meaning of the phone conversation. What happened since 2004 to this time in 2011. My proposal proved to include wisdom for meaning to rethink, what it is like to be a successful in 3G or smart phones, like Google did with also their strategic intuition in internet search firms. Interestingly Google was listed by well known mathematical person Taleb so, that Google is to be very rare case of a Black Swan. My idea of vision phone already in 2004 was also calling to remake a mobile phone like then was in 2007 Apple’s iPhone2G and present iPhone4 now with second camera in front being like my meant vision phone already in 2004. Then for vision phone development was needed by also a deep seeing visionary person like Steve Jobs. Here in Finland a talented visionary person is commonly called “village crazy” and not only by ordinary people, but also even by Jorma Ollila in one EVA meeting. And I have faced since returning to Finland after 15 years of highly successful international work only managers turning me down and even one fraud by our Technical Science Academy ie. not paying my fee for my good work ie. using me as their slave. Based on that facts I keep Finland the lowest country in not accepting the most talented person like me, a deep seeing visionary as me!!! Looking ahead: Present mobile phones’ focus is in developed and now moving into developing countries, with 2,5 billion people. In developing countries there are 4 billion people. A market opportunity would emerge if the World Bank would organize an entrepreneurship development program in these less developing countries. This would be a most effective way to improve Third World economies. Simply put we are thinking here in developed world that if we fail we have a second chance. But in The Third World there is a question of a first chance. Then 25% or 1 billion men and women would become entrepreneurs and they would need then each a GSM phone. This would result a sales of 200 million GSM phones per year during 2004…2008 and networks in over 100 countries. Then in 2008 the vision phone would come to market as a new strong organic product. This project would mean with WAP, GPRS and UMTS input in it would be smaller in order to make this smart phone and would create a new global project. When now both mobile phones’ business and The Third World is economically down, this idea I call Project Team Proton is a most viable way for getting two birds with one stone. JUST THIS TIME. Now I see that my mobile vision 2004 was maybe even still deeper. When I listed above GPRS and UMTS or base of 3G to need something more that is then 4G, which is coming now. HTC issued such phone for American operator Spring. My idea the things, which I call above organic should be in all phones ie. naturally voice, but now also vision and then either simple writing SMS or internet like e-mail. Personally I need nothing else from this phone. When people get older their memory could become weaker. Why then have Tom Tom in cars and mobile phones maps will lessen this vital to memory and will need to use paper maps and thus memorize. It would be nice to have such 4G, which would initially only have such organic parts. Then there would be Apps for such ideas, which 3G phones have now. When phones give 5% of such information, which is coming in face to face conversation. Then second phone on the front is most important part of any new mobile phone. Risks Close This is my second “The Revelation of Truths” Anno Domini 2010, “The Wiping Out of Biopsychiatry”: The biggest human rights violation in our time. John Weir Perry in his good book “Trials of the Visionary Mind” talks about “Treatment vs. Therapy” as follows: The medical model of handling the acute "psychotic" episode comes under the classification of what is known "as treatment", which implies doing something to the patients to relieve them of their symptoms, even if not to cure them. The alternative paradigm I am proposing is based on the concept of a "therapy" that gives respectful heed to the psychic process underlying the symptoms. The original meaning of the Greek word therapeia was a "waiting upon" or a "service done" to the gods, with implications of tending, nurturing, caring, and being an attendant; in time the word was applied to medical care. The original connotation is pertinent to the handling of acute "psychotic" episodes, since the persons undergoing them are in a state of being overwhelmed by images of gods and other mythic elements. Hence the therapist does well to "be an attendant" (therapeutes) upon these mythic images so as to foster their work. "Treatment" strives to stop what is happening, while "therapy" attempts to move with the underlying process and helps to achieve the creative aim in it. Based on his clinical and scholarly investigations, John Weir Perry has found and formulated a mental syndrome which, though customarily regarded as acute psychosis, is in actuality a more natural effort of the psyche to mend its imbalances. If the upset is received in the spirit of empathy and understanding, and allowed to run its course, an acute episode can be found to reveal a self-organizing process that has self-healing potential. To propose a therapy of this kind in the biopsychiatric field evokes quite a negative response since it collides with the number of assumptions held in the medical frame of just those evil stupid rational minds.... "More specifically, the opening chapter calls attention to several basic premises representing the present-day biopsychiatric consensus, which can be found faulty (read simply and badly wrong), when scrutinized from a viewpoint growing out of observations from actual psychotherapeutic experience." The above simply states, that biopsychiatry is most stupid and fully evil method to use drugs or poison pills, which doesn’t heal anybody, but instead prevent a Perry shown way to a natural healing. Maureen B. Roberts writes, that “The healing of schizophrenia as ‘soul`in crises' cannot be bottled into pills, or bestowed by applying information acquired through a university medical degree. As the great physician of the soul C.G.Jung demonstrated in his own psychiatric practice, it is an art requiring empathy, patience, a shrewd yet sympathetic understanding of human nature, above all heart.” Then in my above Psychiatry Treatment in Helsinki, Finland came out that the truth is sickness. This confirms Nietzsche's words in his book "Antichrist" that St. Paul turned in Rome their good values upside down. Then what was good in Rome became bad and vice versa. In my above opening truths Nietzsche reveals that while Christianity and its Church and also in its based democracy are now kept good, but in reality they are bad. The reason that they are kept good is based on a fact that 3/4 of us are sensing types of logical thinkers and remaining 1/4 of us are intuitive types. Sensing types say that there is objective truth, which is based in their senses. But objective truth is in actually an object to the real truth, while the real truth is coming only from intuition by intuitive feeling persons. But the stupid sensing majority do not understand easily intuitive ideas, but instead of accepting that they are then stupid, they keep even intuitive genius as me a stupid one like, as I told above. This crazy situation is possible only by using the blind biopsychiatry as shown above. It is now high time to wipe it out and to follow C.G.Jung concepts in Therapy as only method in healing every person needing support.. Dr. Perry suggests that in analyzing acute episode of visionary experience we must open to any of several possibilities: 1. The persons might be capable of leadership in religion, social reform, or the arts or sciences and their potential contribution to society is making its appearance in a "psychotic" turmoil, the rich potentials of which are being seen at first only as expressions of symbolic imagery. (Please look at this Tripod page as an example of a good visionary leader). 2. The persons might be caught up in an inner process of self-reorganization, activated with the intent of releasing hidden potentials for living an increasingly fruitful life of caring relationships and creative work. 3. The persons might be in the throes of the disintegrative process that will lead gradually into downhill course and chronicity of true "schizophrenia" after six months. These three alternatives deserve quite different handling from the very start. The first group or a talented and experienced visionary needs to be left alone by psychiatry and consigned to other forms of retreat where their visions can be tolerated, accepted and appreciated for their actual value, and thus allowed to do their work in nature's way. The second group needs to be handled sensitively without the negative impact of "labelling," and without their identifying with the status of "patienthood" in a hospital setting, but rather with a stay in a nonhospital setting where the psychic process can be encouraged by an openly receptive attitude to the inner process and where medication would be unnecessary or held at bare minimum. The third group, because of the impoverished state of our knowledge at present, needs medication early to prevent damages to brain functioning and undue chronicity, as well as early referral to a half way-house or board-and-care housing. Since persons in all these tree categories can appear quite "insane" at the start, we may envision a home like facility for observation of any new admissions in these states and naturally providing their history. At Perry's DIABAS there type 2) was 85% and type 3) 15 %. Visionary is 1 % of general population meaning that they are much less than 1% in any mental hospital. I can close by showing in a simple table of the present fact based delusion and the intuitive truth. Then TREATMENT is false and only THERAPY is right. PSYCHOSIS is treated at mental hospital by pushing patient turmoil down by neurolept drugs and this is the biggest human rights crime at present time and still a total stupidity. VISIONARY STATE is to experience turmoil out in the open, like Moses in Sinai and now me at Vermo’s near field at Espoo near Helsinki in 1994. This state is a way to find the problem in our lives and even to offer a solution to a true awakening. We all know Moses and his 10 Commandents. I have my 1994 pamphlet “Finland’s Vision”, which is the first link in this Tripod page. In 2004 one cultural reported mailed to me that my work is actual. This means that Moses and me are visionaries and our work is most important truth. Moses work was so powerful, that he was able to smash the Golden Calf and thus Jews returned to have Jahve as their God. Present time the problem is the Enlightenment in 1800 which defined that the reason and science (sensing) and not religion (mysticism) would advance human progress. But the biggest talent or visionaries are intuitive and according to mysticism the truth cannot be reached by reason, but only via intuition or vision. Jung said that this change caused the First World War. In my pamphlet I discusse dominating sensing types of ¾ and minority intuitive ones as ¼ . I could confirm this at my Vermo visionary experience, like Moses confirmed his commandents, At Vermo field: “There was two groups namely entrepreneurs and bureaucrats. First I was the leader and entrepreneurs were on my side. But then bureaucrats started violence and were killing us”. That do point that world is set now upside down and when only entrepreneurs are intuitive and bureaucrats sensing there is not many true leaders in business and politics, like now me and eg. now late Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs. Perry said above that treatment is false and thus therapy is only right. I am a visionary and as I told above I went 1994 through a process like Moses. My visionary state revealed that the life in Western countries is now upside down, like my Nietzsche findings just shown here above. A good way to start move for a better world would be to put me the Uebermensch on top position in this planet for preserving the world and only thus avoiding “nuclear holocaust” as the finish of our planet Earth. Do start to think the change via the above set of values. There rational central value is materialism and intuitive central value is that of humanity. PS. When Nietzsche was working with his Uebermensch concept there was two men a) Kraepelin son of Jewish woman and b) Bleurel, who innovated such a mental disease, as schizophrenia and manic depression, which had not been earlier nowhere here on the Earth. Oregon doctors noted, that they talked of the same type, simply put a deep seeing and mostly talented visionary. Oregon adds that there is no rational way to diagnose these problems. Then, when an intuitive person meets a psychiatrist this do not discusse with patient longer than 15 minutes saying you are psychotic and writes receipt of drugs medicine or simply poison pills. I conclude that this psychotic mantra is only a subjective tool for stupid sensing majority ones (3/4) to put down intuitive genius eg. like me. As an example look above about my mobile phones and their networks vision, which I offered to Nokia then CEO Jorma Ollila. He is most typical manager or organizer and thus did not understand my deep, but truth based work and said no. From that point in 2004 Nokia value have gone down more than 70% and Ollila has got each year millions of salary, but for what service. My idea is that his membership of good old boys group, ie. the truly corruptive group in Finland, I called above bureaucratic ones or sensing ones. THIS YOU HAVE WAITED. To be noted.
